Hi I am Brett Keatley...
Owner and Director of Supportnet.

I have over 24 years in the IT industry which started with Computerland and then moving into IBM before then founding Supportnet. I am driven and focused on the latest technology to support my client’s businesses. Ensuring to stay at the front of the technology “wave” and leveraging the best technology and competitive advantage I can.

After many years working as a computer systems specialist for IBM, I had learnt a lot about excellent service. Through experience of looking after the IT needs of some of New Zealand’s largest companies, I had a vision to bring this knowledge and skill base to more small and medium sized companies.

I have extensive IT experience in the corporate IT sector, supporting clients such as Telecom, ANZ, Westpac, Carter Holt Harvey, NZ Post, NZ Police, Woolworths, Livestock Improvement, Farmers Trading Co, Gallagher’s and WINTEC (to name a few) and no client is too small or too large.

Since beginning Supportnet I have built a team of talented “like minded” people to provide Supportnet clients with the best technology solutions, services and support. We have seen the technology changes over the years and are as a company very passionate about providing businesses large and small the very best IT solutions available while backing it all up with the excellent IT Services and Support. Integrity of our work ethics and principles have always been the lynchpins of our success.
